Armed with raw musical talent, years of performing with the music industry's top players and producers and the desire to bring back the funk, original Rufus band members, along with their legendary friends, return to the funk that was more than a trend but a movement. Grammy award-winner Bobby Watson along with recording artists JR, MT, Niki Haris and so many others hit the studio before taking a bus tour to Las Vegas where they perform hits such as I'M EVERY WOMAN, TELL ME SOMETHING GOOD, and many more, all while bringing down the house.

Filmed in Israel during the second Intifada, this feature documentary follows Magic Michael as he travels from one pediatric ward to the next where laughter and humor are utilized as his best medicine.
As grief is a universal affliction, Magic(s) uncovers the patients' personal stories and admiration of this healer from the neutral territory inside the hospital walls. Whether that feeling of joy and happiness can be shared upon their release is the question.
As Magic Michael shares frequently, "children smile the same way all over the world."
